Supporting real, sustainable growth

Working with your experience, not against it.

You’ve done the mindset work. You’ve read the books. Maybe you’ve even spent years in therapy.
And yet, something still doesn’t quite shift. You may feel anxious, burned out, stuck in familiar patterns, or disconnected from yourself in ways you can’t think your way out of.

Most of us were never taught how to stay in relationship with our inner experience — especially when things feel uncomfortable, confusing, or charged. We learn about ourselves, but not how to be with ourselves in real time.

Somatic coaching supports a different kind of change. Rather than trying to override symptoms or fix parts of you, this work helps you rebuild inner connection — learning how to listen to your body, your emotions, and your nervous system in a way that restores trust, steadiness, and responsiveness from the inside out.

Together, we work with patterns that once helped you adapt or survive, and explore how to relate to them differently now — so more of you can be present, available, and engaged in your life.

If you’re curious, I’ve put together a short introduction to somatic coaching that you can explore (no opt-in required) to get a clearer sense of what this work looks like in practice.

Somatic coaching with Jess has profoundly improved my quality of life. I'm a better version of me, no doubt. Part of it is the modality itself, but I think a bigger part of it is her peerless way of holding space and guiding me through the process. After each session, I emerge feeling replenished and reenergized, no matter how depleted and emotional I felt going in. I don't want to sound hyperbolic, but this work is life changing.

What is Somatic Coaching?

Somatic coaching is a trauma-aware, present-focused approach to healing and growth. It’s not about over-analyzing the past or getting lost in stories about the present. It’s about learning to notice how stress and survival patterns are showing up now — in sensation, emotion, behavior, imagery, or meaning — and discovering how to relate to them with more clarity, steadiness, and choice.

Although the word somatic often gets associated only with the body, this work is not body-exclusive.

Somatic simply means of the living system.

That means this work includes the body, yes — but also the felt sense, your emotional landscape, inner images, meaning-making, and the subtle patterns that shape how you experience yourself and the world.

At its heart, somatic coaching is about rebuilding inner connection. It’s a space to learn how to stay in relationship with your experience — especially in moments that are uncomfortable, confusing, or charged — rather than overriding, fixing, or disconnecting from it.

This isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” with you.
It’s about creating the right conditions for something new to emerge.

Through attuned presence, system-informed practices, and gentle, responsive guidance, you begin to shift not just how you feel — but how you relate to yourself, your patterns, and your life.

Working Together

I offer one-on-one coaching for people who want personalized support in building a steadier, more compassionate relationship with themselves.

Sessions are 60 minutes long and held over Zoom.

I begin with an introductory session ($75) so we can get a feel for working together.

From there, I typically work in 6-session containers at $150 per session. This allows enough space to go beyond insight and into real, experiential change. At the end of the six sessions, we check in together about what feels like the right next step.

If this feels like a good fit, you’re welcome to reach out to schedule an introductory session.
