Somatic coaching helps you shift the deeply ingrained patterns that were once protective but may now be limiting your ability to feel grounded, connected and fully yourself.

What is Somatic Coaching?

Somatic coaching is a trauma-aware, present-focused approach to healing and growth. It’s not about over-analyzing the past or getting lost in stories about the present. It’s about learning to notice how stress and survival patterns are showing up in your system now — in sensation, emotion, behavior, imagery, or meaning — and discovering how to meet them with more ease, clarity, and choice.

Even though the word somatic often makes people think this work is only about the body — it’s not.

Somatic simply means of the living system.

This work includes the body, yes — but also the felt sense, your emotional landscape, your inner images, the meaning you make, and the subtle patterns that shape your experience.

It’s a space to build a deeper relationship with yourself — one that’s more connected, more resilient, and more aligned with who you are and who you’re becoming.

This isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” with you. It’s about creating the right conditions for something new to emerge.

Through gentle awareness, attuned support, and system-informed practices, you begin to shift not just how you feel — but how you relate to yourself, your patterns, and your life.

  • Each 60-minute session is a blend of conversation, Inner Focusing, and somatic tools — like gentle inquiry, guided awareness, and attuning to sensation and felt experience

    You’ll never be asked to do anything that doesn’t feel safe. This is a collaborative space where we follow your pace and your body’s cues. The intention is to help you reconnect with your inner landscape — and support change that arises from within.

  • For clients working in a package, I offer light between-session support via email for check-ins or reflections. For single sessions, all the support is held within our 60-minute container.
