What is Somatic Coaching?
Somatic coaching is a trauma-aware, body-based approach to healing and growth. It’s not about over-analyzing the past or getting lost in stories about the present. It’s about learning to notice how stress and survival patterns are showing up in your body now and discovering how to meet them with more ease, clarity and choice.
Through grounded conversation and simple nervous system practices, you’ll reconnect with your body’s wisdom, strengthen your self-awareness and gently shift the patterns that no longer serve you.

Each 60-minute session is a mix of conversation, guided awareness, and somatic tools (like breath, movement, or gentle inquiry). You’ll never be asked to do anything that doesn’t feel safe. The goal is to help you reconnect with your body’s cues — and shift your experience from the inside out.

For clients working in a package, I offer light between-session support via email for check-ins or reflections. For single sessions, all the support is held within our 60-minute container.
