Lesson — Deepening Relationship
This session builds on the foundation from Week 2 by deepening the relationship with your experience. We continue working with sensation, while beginning to create more space for everything that’s here—allowing different aspects of your experience to be present without needing to change them. You’ll practice staying with what arises in a more open and supportive way, helping your system feel less overwhelmed and more able to move and unfold.
