Lesson — Beginning to Relate

This session builds on the foundation from Week 1 by adding the element of relationship. We continue working with sensation, but begin to relate to our experience more intentionally—creating a sense of space between the one who is noticing and what’s being noticed. You’ll learn a simple way to acknowledge and stay with what’s here without becoming overwhelmed or pulled away from yourself.
