Lesson — Safety + Structure

This first session lays the foundation for everything we’ll build on throughout the course. We focus on safety and structure—beginning to understand how the nervous system works and learning a simple way to start relating to your experience in real time. You don’t need to get anything “right” here. Just listen, take in what feels useful, and let this be an introduction to a different way of being with yourself.
