It’s not that you’re doing it wrong…
Most healing methods just overlook 3 common obstacles that quietly get in the way of growth .
-

Disconnected Systems
Most approaches focus on one, two or even three parts of your system — but not on how they all work together. Without integration, change can’t stick.
-

Inner Conflict
We push away emotions or parts of ourselves we don’t like. That resistance quietly keeps our system divided — and blocks forward movement.
-

Stuck Energy
When stress or emotion can’t move through, it gets stored. The result? Fatigue, confusion, and the feeling that no matter what you do, nothing fully shifts.
The Keystone Method teaches you how to integrate what’s been missing — resolving these common obstacles so your whole system can move in harmony toward the life you’re ready to create.
Inside the Keystone Method
In just four weeks, you’ll build a foundations for real transformation — and feel what it’s like when change starts to flow through your whole system.
Week 1: Embodied Awareness
The Foundation · Reconnection and safety — Reconnect with your body in a way that feels safe and steady. Begin to rebuild trust in yourself and create the foundation for real change.
- Understand sensation. Learn why it’s an essential component of healing and growth — and how tuning into your body helps balance big emotions and racing thoughts.
- Decode your body’s signals. Discover how to tell when they’re “too loud” (overactive) or “too quiet” (shut down) — and practice simple ways to bring them back into balance.
- Ground and return. Explore gentle, trauma-informed grounding practices that bring awareness back to your body, helping you feel more centered and at ease.
- Anchor in safety. Practice finding sensations that feel steady or supportive, so you can build trust in your body and start to feel safer inside yourself.
Week 2: A New Inner Relationship
The Pivot · How awareness turns into relationship — Instead of being swept away by thoughts and feelings, you’ll learn how to meet them with a steady inner presence — one that responds with kindness and clarity.
- Separate awareness from experience. Learn why it’s so powerful to notice the difference between what you feel and the “one” who notices — and how this shift creates more freedom.
- Use language as connection. Discover how small changes in how you speak to yourself can open healthy space inside, making it easier to relate to yourself with care.
- Stay present with what arises. Practice simple ways to remain with sensations, images, feelings, and thoughts — so you can truly listen to your inner signals without overwhelm.
- Strengthen steady presence. Deepen your ability to meet whatever arises with compassion and clarity, building a relationship of trust within yourself.
Week 3: Welcoming Your Parts
The Expansion · How relationship turns into wholeness — This week, you’ll explore how to welcome home the parts of you that often feel pushed aside — and discover what changes when every part is allowed to belong.
- Recognize protective patterns. Notice the ways you push emotions away, criticize yourself, or shut down — and understand how these habits keep you stuck.
- Welcome every part home. Learn to gently approach the parts of you that feel unwanted, unheard, or outcast — so they no longer have to fight for attention.
- Relate with warmth and understanding. Practice meeting each part with compassion instead of judgment, creating the conditions for genuine healing.
- Experience inner wholeness. Feel the shift that happens when all of you is allowed to belong — cultivating a deeper sense of peace and steadiness inside.
Week 4: Deep Listening & Integration
The Embodiment · How wholeness becomes a way of living — In the final week, you’ll bring everything together — deepening your ability to listen inward with compassion and carry that care into your daily life and relationships.
- Listen with empathy. Practice turning toward yourself with care, so every part of you feels heard, understood, and valued.
- Respond with kind presence. Learn to meet yourself the way you’d meet someone you love — building real self-trust through consistent compassion.
- Bring steadiness into life. Strengthen your ability to stay grounded and clear, so challenges feel less overwhelming and you move through them with grace.
- Transform your relationships. Experience how inner integration naturally ripples outward — deepening connection with yourself and others.

Hi, I’m Jess.
For more than 20 years, I’ve been immersed in the study and practice of healing — from teaching yoga and meditation, to coaching, to completing advanced academic training. Along the way, I’ve supported thousands of people in reconnecting with their bodies, regulating their nervous systems, and creating real, lasting change.
But I also know how discouraging it feels when nothing seems to work. For years, I did everything “right” — I read the books, took the trainings, tried every tool I could find — and still caught myself thinking, “What am I missing? Maybe there’s just something wrong with me.”
What finally shifted things wasn’t more insight or complexity. It was learning how to work with my nervous system in a simple, embodied way — and meeting every part of myself with kindness instead of pressure. Those shifts changed everything for me, and they’ve changed everything for the people I’ve worked with.
That’s what I’ve built into the Keystone Method: a clear, step-by-step process to help you stop circling old patterns and finally start creating the life you’ve been dreaming of.
