Hi, I’m Jess.

My path into this work began long before I developed the Keystone Method. After graduating from Brown University, unprocessed trauma and chronic stress pulled me into a deep study of healing — through yoga, meditation, nervous system education, and somatic practice.

I studied hard and practiced diligently. For a long time, I did everything “right” but still felt stuck. What finally shifted things wasn’t more insight — it was learning how to work with my system in a simple, embodied, relational way. That understanding is what became the Keystone Method: a grounded, compassionate process to help you build a steadier, kinder relationship with yourself and start moving forward in life in a way that feels true to you.

What started as personal necessity became my life’s work, and for the past twenty years I’ve supported thousands of people in reconnecting with their bodies, restoring balance to their systems, and creating real, lived change.

Disclaimer:
My work is educational and experiential. It supports inner connection and embodied change, but it is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional mental health care.
